Amber Davies to Star as Elle Woods in West End Return of Legally Blonde (2027)

London, prepare to bend and snap because Legally Blonde The Musical is finally making its way back to the West End after an absence of over 15 years, with actress and stage sensation Amber Davies starring as Elle Woods.

The musical will be running a limited season of eight weeks from 22 March to 22 May 2027 at London’s Coliseum, following a hugely successful UK and Ireland tour of the production. Audiences who were not able to witness the tour across the country, this run is the ultimate West End Show comeback for a show that has not seen the light of day in the capital ever since the close of its critically-acclaimed Olivier-winning run in 2012.

Amber Davies Is Back at the Coliseum

Funny enough, this isn’t Amber’s first time at the Coliseum. She was in The Great Gatsby there in 2025 as Jordan Baker, and she won a WhatsOnStage Award for it. Not bad, right?

Then she went and finished runner-up on Strictly with Nikita Kuzmin, which pretty much sealed her status as one of the UK’s busiest musical theatre stars. She’s already done 9 to 5, Back to the Future, Bring It On, and Pretty Woman on tour. But Elle Woods? That’s a whole different thing.
